Accessibility statement

Spa Neve Tzedek considers accessibility a core value and works to ensure everyone can browse and enjoy our service. The site is built to the Israeli Standard 5568 Level AA and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
What's available
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Esc).
- Semantic structure and screen-reader compatibility.
- Alt text on images and labels on controls.
- Sufficient color contrast and resizable text.
- Respects reduced-motion preferences.
Assistive tools
A dedicated accessibility menu (text sizing, contrast, motion control, and more) will be added soon. In the meantime, all functions are accessible via keyboard and screen reader.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (such as the booking system or maps) may not be fully accessible. We are working with those providers on continuous improvement.
On-site accessibility
Building entrance is at ground level. Some treatment rooms are on the lower floor — please let us know in advance about mobility limitations and we'll adapt your visit.
