Welcome to Spa Neve Tzedek. Using this site, booking a treatment, or purchasing a voucher constitutes acceptance of the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & appointments

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for a calm welcome.
• Late arrival may shorten the treatment without changing the price.
• An appointment is confirmed only after our confirmation (call/message).

Cancellations

• Cancellation 24+ hours before — no charge.
• 12–24 hours before — 50% charge.
• Less than 12 hours / no-show — full charge.

Gift vouchers

• Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
• Transferable to another person.
• Non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable after purchase.

Prices & payment

• Prices include VAT and may be updated from time to time.
• Prices valid Sun–Thu; Friday surcharge of ₪50 per person.
• Payment is made at the spa or via secure online purchase.

Health & wellbeing

Treatments are intended for relaxation and are not a substitute for medical advice or care. Please inform your therapist in advance of pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or any medical condition. We may adapt or decline a treatment for safety reasons.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, video, logo, and design — is the property of Spa Neve Tzedek and may not be used without written permission.
