Suzanne Dellal Centre

Dance, culture and one of the city's loveliest plazas — just around the corner

The Suzanne Dellal plaza with citrus trees and stone courtyards in Neve Tzedek
Why we recommend it

It is our favourite plaza in the neighbourhood — a place where music, dance and late-afternoon light meet. Perfect for a short stroll before your treatment, or to sit afterwards with a coffee.

The Suzanne Dellal Centre for Dance and Theatre is one of Tel Aviv's most important cultural hubs — and without question its most beautiful. It sits in a cluster of restored historic buildings around a wide, stone-paved plaza framed by citrus and palm trees. By day it is quiet and luminous; by evening it fills with audiences arriving for performances.

A home for dance

The centre is home to the Batsheva Dance Company, one of the world's most renowned, and hosts dance performances, festivals and cultural events throughout the year. Even if you have not come for a show, it is worth simply walking in and wandering the plaza — it is open to everyone.

From our spa it is just a few minutes' walk through the lanes of Neve Tzedek. We recommend combining the two — a wander through the plaza first, then arriving to us relaxed, or the other way around.

Complete the day with a treatment

A walk through the neighbourhood and a massage to balance it — the perfect Neve Tzedek pairing.
